Madalyn'ism II


{Setting: mySamuelson and Miss Gracie sitting at our breakfast table waiting on lunch one Sunday afternoon.}

mySamuelson:  "Money doesn't grow on trees, Madalyn." (Sarcastic delivery.  Hmmmm...wonder where he picked that one up at??? ;)  The statement, not the delivery!)

Miss Gracie:  "I know, Sammy.  Apples grow on trees."  (Very matter-of-factly. :))
