Of Mice and Boy

While pulling everything out of garage for a good pressure wash, discovered two baby mice (I mean BABY, like eyes not even open yet!) that had fallen out onto the driveway from something we had moved. This is my sweet, sweet mySamuelson shielding them from the rain. I overheard him tell Mad that they had to sacrifice themselves.  He nurtures my heart.  He humbles me anew.  He reminds me about the important things in life like dancing to "Alvin and the Chipmunks" songs, spontaneous hugs and of course, the importance and art of sacrificing for another weaker than you.
