I was gaining weight just from thinking of all those cookies that I couldn't reach, not to mention drooling all over myself. As for carrot cookies - with enough sugar and determination, anything can be added to a cookie recipe. Since jello with carrots, and carrot cake are good to eat, I'm sure carrot cookies won't kill me (unless I eat the whole batch).Jere F.
